“Before we had RATIONAL, one of the main challenges that we faced was the question how to increase the number of meals sold, which was at 20% compared to 80% drinks. On top of that we used to be very slow in production and it was very stressful for the staff to work in a rather small kitchen and we were not flexible with our menu“, explains George Kailis.
